As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for passengers navigating the airport experience. What You'll Do
- Greet passengers and provide clear information about flights, procedures, and airport services
- Assist with check-in processes, boarding, and gate operations
- Answer passenger questions and resolve common travel concerns with courtesy and professionalism
- Communicate safety information and assist passengers with special needs
- Support ground operations and maintain awareness of current flight status
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations smooth and on schedule
- Follow company policies, safety protocols, and aviation regulations
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy, dynamic environment
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and assist passengers as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to pass a TSA background check (required for airport employment)
