About the Role

As a Flexible Security Officer with GardaWorld, you'll provide responsive security services across different sites and situations. Your assignment may shift day to day—from ongoing site coverage to special events and incident response—giving you diverse experience in a fast-paced security setting.

What You'll Do

• Monitor premises and respond promptly to security concerns, incidents, or alarms
• Patrol assigned areas and maintain awareness of potential threats or suspicious activity
• Control access points, verify identification, and maintain entry logs
• Respond to special events and temporary assignments as scheduled
• Communicate effectively with management, law enforcement, and clients
• Document incidents and complete required reports accurately
• Follow security protocols and comply with all relevant regulations

What We're Looking For

• Valid security guard license (or ability to obtain one) as required by state
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and situational awareness skills
• Flexibility to adapt to different assignments and work schedules
• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the role
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
