What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough on-site surveys of residential and commercial properties
- Document properties through detailed photography, capturing structural features and relevant systems
- Gather building information including construction type, age, roof condition, security features, and maintenance standards
- Assess property conditions and identify potential risks or areas of concern
- Record findings in comprehensive survey reports and submit documentation on schedule
- Interact professionally with property owners and managers during inspections
