AI Strategy (Senior) Consultant (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting firm seeking an AI Strategy Consultant at the Senior level for their München office. This is your chance to work at the forefront of artificial intelligence implementation, helping organizations transform their operations through strategic AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities through AI application
• Lead complex AI projects from ideation through implementation
• Provide strategic consulting to executives on integrating AI solutions into their organizations
• Develop concepts, feasibility studies, and prototypes for AI initiatives
• Design and validate solution concepts and high-performance AI architectures
• Implement and continuously optimize AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Assume personnel responsibility for project teams
• Organize and facilitate interdisciplinary workshops and training programs to build AI literacy
• Support clients throughout their AI transformation journeys
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the AI space

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of professional experience in AI consulting or implementation roles
• Proven track record implementing AI solutions within corporate environments
• Extensive experience in team leadership and project organization
• Strong technical expertise with AI and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain)
• Experience with database systems including vector and graph databases
• Proficiency in Python with enterprise development standards experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Confident technical design skills for solution approaches
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities with client-facing experience
• Willingness to travel as required
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both)
• Team-oriented, highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive work style
• Passion for artificial intelligence and vision for how AI transforms business
