AI Strategy Intern (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting firm in München that is building AI-driven transformation capabilities for enterprise clients. Our talent team is seeking an AI Strategy Intern (m/w/d) to support cross-functional consulting projects at the intersection of business strategy and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of business processes and identification of optimization opportunities through AI
• Assist in advising business units and developing tailored AI strategies
• Contribute to development of concepts, feasibility studies, and prototypes
• Support implementation and continuous optimization of AI solutions
• Assist in conducting workshops and training sessions to foster AI literacy across client organizations
• Support clients throughout their AI transformation initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Solid foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence
• Practical experience in Python
• Initial experience with common AI and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain)
• Familiarity with database systems including vector and graph databases
• Good understanding of technical implementation and confidence in designing solution approaches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for Artificial Intelligence and a visionary perspective on how AI can transform business
• Team player who is highly motivated, adaptable, communicative, and proactive
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
