Administrative Coordinator – Reach for The Stars STEM Academy – Stockton (Temporary)

University of the Pacific is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the Reach for The Stars STEM Academy at our Stockton location. In this part-time, temporary position, you'll serve as a key operational resource, helping coordinate the day-to-day administrative functions that keep our dynamic STEM education initiative running smoothly.

About the Role

As Administrative Coordinator for Reach for The Stars STEM Academy (RFTSSA), you will work under the guidance of the School of Engineering's Assistant Dean for Student Success. This position plays a vital role in managing the logistical and administrative backbone of our Academy, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and support across all program activities.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for Academy staff, faculty, and students
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
• Manage correspondence and communications between departments and external stakeholders
• Assist with student onboarding, enrollment processing, and database entry
• Support program planning, data collection, and administrative reporting
• Maintain supplies inventory and coordinate resource allocation
• Provide clerical support for meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up
