Accounts Receivable Executive (Direct Selling)

Role Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Executive at PRISM+, you'll be the backbone of our collections operation. Your role centres on managing customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices across our direct selling network. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams, balancing relationship management with robust credit control to support PRISM+'s financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, identifying overdue payments and outstanding balances
• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders to direct selling distributors and customers
• Follow up with customers via telephone, email, and correspondence to secure timely payment
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records in accounting systems
• Escalate problem accounts and coordinate resolution with relevant departments
• Produce regular collections reports and analysis for management review
• Support credit assessment of new and existing customers in the direct selling channel
• Liaise with sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies

What You Bring

• Secondary education minimum; accounting qualification or relevant professional experience preferred
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related finance administration roles
• Strong numeracy skills and proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction
• Organised, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
