What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and distribution equipment
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Support installation and setup activities for custom foodservice equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational best practices
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to keep equipment running reliably
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues throughout the 1st shift

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or distribution setting
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair skills
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Physical capability to perform maintenance work in an active facility
• Commitment to the 1st shift schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
