We are hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and client engagement. The role involves generating qualified opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and supporting revenue growth in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality B2B leads
- Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand business needs
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos where applicable
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to close deals
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach, meetings booked, and revenue contribution
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
