What This Role Involves
As an ATM Senior Systems Engineer at Printec, you'll take ownership of critical systems that power our financial technology operations. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll architect scalable solutions, mentor technical teams, and ensure our ATM systems meet the highest standards for performance, reliability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade ATM systems and infrastructure
- Lead technical architecture and system optimization initiatives across the platform
- Oversee system deployment, configuration, and integration with banking networks
- Develop and enforce technical standards, security protocols, and compliance frameworks
- Diagnose and resolve critical incidents to ensure service continuity
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams
- Monitor system performance, capacity planning, and resource optimization
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, or financial technology roles
- Strong expertise in ATM systems, banking infrastructure, or payment platforms
- Proficiency in system architecture, network design, and infrastructure management
- Deep understanding of security, compliance, and data protection in financial services
- Proven track record in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident response
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers at various levels
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
