About This Position

Keiser University seeks an experienced Accounting Instructor (FT30) to join our Latin Division in Laud Lakes, delivering high-quality instruction across our accounting curriculum. This full-time faculty role emphasizes student success through innovative teaching methods, rigorous assessment, and individualized support. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured instructional plans that integrate best practices in accounting pedagogy and contemporary business applications
• Facilitate active student engagement in the classroom and online learning environments, creating opportunities for collaborative problem-solving
• Provide one-on-one student mentoring and tutoring to ensure conceptual mastery and skill development
• Assess student learning through multiple methods and deliver timely, constructive feedback that promotes growth and retention
• Support programmatic accreditation initiatives by maintaining course standards and documenting student learning outcomes

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in accounting principles, practices, and standards
• Professional experience in accounting, auditing, or related business functions
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse learners
