Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary Strategic Innovation Director to drive transformational initiatives at Siemens Healthineers. In this remote role serving our Sleepy Hollow, Westchester County headquarters, you will develop and execute innovation strategy that advances our mission to deliver breakthroughs in healthcare—for everyone, everywhere, sustainably. You will lead the evaluation, development, and scaling of new solutions, technologies, and business models that position Siemens Healthineers at the forefront of medical innovation while working across geographically distributed teams throughout the United States.

Core Duties

• Develop comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with enterprise objectives and emerging healthcare market opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating, piloting, and commercializing new technologies and healthcare solutions
• Identify and assess emerging trends and competitive opportunities within the global healthcare and medical technology landscape
• Oversee the innovation pipeline from concept validation through full-scale deployment and market impact measurement
• Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate innovation roadmap, progress metrics, and business value creation
• Build strategic partnerships with external organizations, research institutions, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic innovation, business development, or enterprise transformation, preferably within healthcare or medical technology
• Proven track record successfully launching and scaling innovative products or digital health solutions
• Mastery of strategic analysis, market research, and competitive assessment methodologies
• Exceptional leadership ability to inspire and guide cross-functional and remote teams toward strategic objectives
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to present complex strategies to C-suite audiences
• Familiarity with innovation frameworks, agile methods, or organizational change management practices
