About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Coach you will work directly with clients, guiding them through strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis. You will also mentor internal team members, ensuring best practices are shared across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop customized digital marketing plans for HVAC and home‑service businesses.
• Train clients on SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing fundamentals.
• Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Create educational resources such as webinars, guides, and video tutorials.
• Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to align messaging and tracking.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate new tools into coaching programs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on local service industries.
• Strong coaching or training ability, with a talent for explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into practical steps.
