About the Role

As Property Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of this substantial multifamily residential community while reporting directly to the District Manager. This leadership position combines strategic property management, financial oversight, and resident relations to maintain the exceptional standards of a Class A community.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily operations across 315 residential apartment units
• Lead and develop on-site staff teams to deliver superior service
• Build and maintain resident relationships while managing lease administration
• Oversee financial operations including rent collection, budgeting, and cost management
• Coordinate preventive and capital maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety codes, and community policies
