About the Role

As Associate Dean at Keiser University, you'll serve as a key member of the academic leadership team, working alongside the Dean to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality educational programs. In this strategic position, you'll balance operational oversight with faculty development, curriculum stewardship, and student achievement monitoring.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement faculty and staff training programs to enhance instructional effectiveness and professional growth
• Oversee the supervision and evaluation of faculty and administrative staff, providing mentorship and performance guidance
• Review and maintain academic curriculum standards, ensuring alignment with institutional and accreditation requirements
• Direct the delivery of educational services and programming that support student success and engagement
• Assess and monitor student performance data to identify trends and inform program improvements
• Partner with academic departments to ensure quality instruction and measurable learning outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in academic or higher education management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Background in curriculum development and educational program assessment
• Ability to use data and evidence to guide decision-making and continuous improvement
