What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of accounts, from onboarding through renewal and growth
- Identify customer goals and challenges, and position Powtoon solutions to solve them
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews, tracking usage, satisfaction, and adoption metrics
- Collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to resolve issues and drive account success
- Develop expansion opportunities by discovering additional use cases and upsell potential
- Maintain accurate account records and forecasts in our CRM systems
- Deliver insights to leadership on account health, customer feedback, and market trends
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or client relationship roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across organisational levels
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Enthusiasm for video, content creation, or SaaS products is a plus
