Account Executive (Lead Gen & Platform Growth)

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring an Account Executive (Lead Gen & Platform Growth) in West Chester, Chester County for a full-time, in-person sales role. You'll drive growth and expansion for our healthcare job board and recruitment services by building your own pipeline and closing deals with healthcare employers.

About the Role

This Account Executive position is for a self-directed sales professional focused on lead generation and platform growth in the healthcare recruitment space. You'll own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to close, using digital channels and your own drive to develop relationships with healthcare employers. Rather than following a pre-determined playbook, you build your own territory, identify your own opportunities, and take personal ownership of your sales growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Prospect and build your own sales pipeline through targeted outreach to healthcare employers
• Generate and qualify leads using email, SMS, and direct digital outreach
• Present our healthcare job board and recruitment services to prospects, explaining value and differentiation
• Close sales agreements and exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution
• Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare employer clients for long-term partnership
• Maintain accurate records and monitor key sales metrics in our CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to support growth and expansion

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record closing deals in B2B Account Executive or inside sales roles
• Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage sales pipelines
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in both written and verbal formats
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and email/SMS outreach tools
• High-energy, self-motivated approach with discipline to hit targets
• Interest in or familiarity with healthcare, recruiting, or job board industries is a plus
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or sales experience at similar level preferred
