Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our Greencastle, Putnam County office. Join our team in a full-time clinical role where you'll provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients seeking mental health support and personal growth.

About the Role

As our clinical social worker, you will provide focused therapeutic services to help clients work through challenges, develop adaptive skills, and make meaningful progress in their recovery and personal growth. Your practice will emphasize direct client care, evidence-based treatment approaches, and collaborative therapeutic relationships.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's needs, challenges, and strengths
• Provide individual therapy and psychosocial interventions using evidence-based approaches
• Develop personalized treatment plans that support clients in building adaptive responses and functional progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of clinical services and client progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Support clients in connecting with community resources and social services when needed

What We're Looking For

• Active LCSW license in Indiana or equivalent state credential
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Experience delivering individual therapy and mental health services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team environment
