What You'll Do

• Oversee daily store operations and team performance during assigned shifts
• Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service and styling expertise
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and stock organization across denim, dresses, tops, and accessory collections
• Engage with customers on the sales floor, provide sizing guidance, and support their fashion needs
• Handle transactions, cash management, and store security procedures
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members
• Contribute to sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics
• Support visual displays and promotional initiatives featuring our 0–24 size range
