About the Role
As a school volunteer at MT Pleasant Middle School, you'll be an essential part of our educational community. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on student success while working alongside our experienced teaching and administrative staff. You'll contribute to classroom instruction, student support, and school operations that keep our middle school running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction and student learning activities
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students who need additional help
- Help supervise students in classrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Support administrative tasks that free educators to focus on instruction
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive school environment where all students thrive
- Work collaboratively with school staff to implement educational programs
- Help maintain classroom and school materials and resources
