About the Role

As the Supplier Contracting & Performance Manager at Numotion, you will own the supplier relationships that keep our supply chain dependable and cost-effective. Based in Schiller Park, Cook County, this position blends contract negotiation, vendor oversight, and performance analytics to ensure we consistently deliver the individually configured mobility products our customers rely on.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, structure, and administer supplier agreements that protect quality, cost, and continuity of supply.
• Track vendor performance against defined service-level and quality benchmarks, and lead corrective-action discussions when targets are missed.
• Partner with procurement, operations, and clinical teams to align supplier capabilities with patient and business needs.
• Identify sourcing risks and opportunities, then drive improvements that strengthen reliability and value.
• Maintain accurate contract records and reporting to support compliance and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in supplier contracting, vendor management, procurement, or a closely related field.
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort interpreting commercial terms and performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate supplier data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Schiller Park, Cook County.
