Supplier Contracting & Performance Manager – Remote

Numotion is hiring a Supplier Contracting & Performance Manager - Remote based in Trammells, Harris County, to strengthen the supplier relationships that power the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology. This full-time role sits at the intersection of strategic sourcing, vendor accountability, and the mission of improving everyday independence for people with disabilities.

About the Role

As Numotion's Supplier Contracting & Performance Manager, you will own the agreements and scorecards that keep our supply partners aligned to quality, cost, and service expectations. Your work directly supports the timely delivery of individually configured, medically necessary mobility products — from manual and powered wheelchairs to the disposable medical supplies that meet unique functional needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and administer supplier contracts that protect Numotion's interests and support patient outcomes.
• Build and maintain performance metrics that measure supplier quality, reliability, pricing, and responsiveness.
• Lead regular business reviews with vendors, surfacing gaps and driving corrective action plans.
• Partner with procurement, operations, and clinical teams to align supplier capabilities with product demand.
• Identify cost-savings and process-improvement opportunities across the supplier portfolio.
• Maintain accurate contract records, renewal timelines, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in supplier contracting, vendor management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of managing performance against measurable targets.
• Ability to analyze pricing, contract terms, and vendor data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort working independently and managing multiple supplier relationships at once.
• Interest in or experience with healthcare, medical devices, or mobility products is a plus.
