As a Director, Account Management at Coatesgroup, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and performance of client accounts while driving long-term success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee account management processes and ensure seamless delivery of services
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients to drive business growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Coatesgroup’s solutions
- Lead client relationship management efforts, including regular communication and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
- Analyze account performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve overall client satisfaction
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in account management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- A deep understanding of the digital signage industry and its applications across various sectors
- Strong leadership skills to manage multiple high-profile accounts simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to completion
