About This Position
The Academic Lead position at Physicswallah's IOI School of Management is a full-time role based in Pune, India. As an Academic Lead, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to develop, refine, and update curriculum content. You will directly teach core subjects such as Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounting, HR & General Management, or Analytics & General Management. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor Assistant, Sr. Assistant, and Master Faculty members to ensure high academic standards are maintained.
Core Duties
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to develop, refine, and update curriculum content.
- DIRECTLY teach core subjects in your domain (Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounting, HR & General Management, or Analytics & General Management).
- Supervise and mentor Assistant, Sr. Assistant, and Master Faculty to maintain high academic standards.
- Oversee academic operations and ensure quality teaching and learning experiences for students.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (Marketing, Finance, HR, Management, Analytics).
- Proven experience as an Academic Lead or similar role in a management school or training institute.
- A strong understanding of curriculum development and academic operations.
- Excellent teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to guide faculty members effectively.
