The role of Associate Director, Treasury at PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. What You'll Do

• Assist in designing and implementing the ALM framework and governance for the region.
• Develop policies and procedures, as well as analytical reports, to support the effective implementation and oversight of the ALM governance framework.
• Establish funds transfer pricing (FTP) methodologies to accurately reflect liquidity and term premiums.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Asset and Liability Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and treasury operations.
• Ability to develop and implement ALM strategies and governance frameworks.
• Experience with FTP methodologies and their application in a treasury setting.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
