What This Role Involves
The role of Associate Director, Student Transitions involves leading the University's student success and resolution services. You will be responsible for helping students transition, persist, and achieve across their studies. This is a full-time position based at our Hillcrest Campus.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop strategies to enhance student transitions and persistence rates.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless support for students throughout their academic journey.
- Lead the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving student success and retention.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to student outcomes.
Qualifications
A relevant postgraduate degree in education, psychology, or a related field is required. Previous experience in higher education or a similar role would be advantageous. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build collaborative relationships are essential.
