The Opportunity
As the Associate Director at Lilly, you will lead Technical Services, Maintenance & Asset Management for our pharmaceutical operations. You will own reliability strategy, oversee engineering projects and capital assets, and ensure equipment complies with cGMP and regulatory standards. Partnering with Operations, Quality, and EHS, you will drive safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing.
