Position Summary
The LNP/TNP Drug Product Process Development Director at Lilly is a pivotal role within our R&D team. This position requires an experienced leader to drive the development of innovative drug products through process optimization and scale-up. Responsibilities

Who We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in drug product process development, with a focus on LNP/TNP technologies.
- A PhD or equivalent degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or related field is required.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for drug product development and manufacturing.
