Position Summary

The LNP/TNP Drug Product Process Development Director at Lilly is a pivotal role within our R&D team. Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in drug product process development, with a focus on LNP/TNP technologies.
• A PhD or equivalent degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or related field is required.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for drug product development and manufacturing.
