What This Role Involves
At CaptivateIQ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Project Management practice. Your responsibilities include:
- Upleveling the delivery of our largest, most complex enterprise implementations.
- Building out an efficient project management system that scales across all customer segments.
- Establishing a governance framework to proactively identify and mitigate risks before they escalate.
- Creating an operating rhythm that ensures projects are on track through verifiable claims rather than mere status updates.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will encompass:
- Leading the development of a first-class project management function within CaptivateIQ.
- Overseeing end-to-end delivery for key projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Developing and implementing robust governance systems to manage risks effectively.
- Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, ideally within a high-growth technology environment.
- Demonstrated success in scaling project management functions and teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior PMs.
- Experience with sales performance management or related fields is a plus.
