About This Position

Meranti Power Pte Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Energy Market Authority, manages and operates a new power generation station on Jurong Island. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development and Project Management to join our team. Reporting directly to the Deputy Head, Business Development, this role will play a critical part in driving business growth and project management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand Meranti Power's market presence and client base.
• Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project execution and compliance.
• Manage and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development and project management within the energy sector, preferably in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic business plans that drive growth and profitability.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
