This pivotal role will involve managing financial operations for a fast-growing group while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Do

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing financial reporting and analysis processes
• Preparing management accounts and variance analyses
• Supporting budgetary planning and forecasting activities
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Providing strategic financial insights to senior management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

• HAVE a relevant professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• EXHIBIT at least 5 years of experience as a Management Accountant or similar position
• BE proficient in financial management and analysis tools
• SHOW strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• HAVE the ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment with 2 days per week in the office
