Position Summary

This role will be based in Parsippany Troy Hills, New Jersey, and offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to advancing cancer treatments.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities for regulatory submissions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials to global regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, clinical research, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless submission processes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and meet deadlines.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with external partners and consultants to ensure the accuracy and completeness of submitted materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex regulatory submission projects from start to finish.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
