What This Role Involves

In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic direction and support to our Dispatch function. Your primary responsibility is ensuring that reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance activities are effectively coordinated and delivered. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to drive efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the Dispatch team to ensure smooth operation of maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement strategies for reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize work management processes and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within maintenance or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals.
• Strong understanding of work management systems and processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline, such as Engineering or Management.
