The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to head three linked resilience functions within CIB: Operational Resilience, Recovery & Crisis Management. As the Head of CIB Resilience & Crisis Management, you will drive strategy, governance, and cross-LOB coordination to ensure robust resilience and timely response during crises. You will report to the Chief Control Officer for CIB and lead a small team, coordinating with COOs, BRMs, and other key stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for operational resilience, recovery, and crisis management within CIB.
- Ensure robust governance structures are in place to manage risks effectively.
- Coordinate cross-LOB activities to ensure seamless coordination during crises.
- Lead a small team of professionals dedicated to resilience functions.
- Work closely with the Chief Control Officer and other key stakeholders to align strategies and objectives.

- A proven track record in leading operational resilience, recovery, and crisis management functions within a financial institution or similar environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and governance skills.
