The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Contract Management Support in Midrand, North Johannesburg. The role involves preparing and managing customer contracts while collaborating with various technical experts and stakeholders to ensure timely contract document preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare and manage customer contracts within agreed timeframes.
- To collaborate internally with various technical experts and other stakeholders for the preparation of contract documents.
- To ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards during contract management processes.
- To maintain accurate records and documentation related to contract management activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in the IT industry, preferably with exposure to IT products and infrastructure.
- Grade 12 (NQF 4) or a relevant 3-year B degree/diploma or related IT certification.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with contract management processes and procedures.
