Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients within the community setting.
• Work closely with an office hub for administrative tasks and supervision.
• Participate in a mixed-age caseload, ensuring comprehensive care for all clients.
• Benefit from weekly one-on-one supervision sessions and daily check-ins with the director to ensure continuous professional development.
• Receive mentoring support as you gradually take on more responsibilities and increase your caseload.

Skills & Qualifications

• A recent graduate or early career occupational therapist with a passion for helping others.
• A strong commitment to professional development, including a $1500 Professional Development (PD) allowance provided annually.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
