What This Role Involves
Step into a leadership role as Head of Property Law. As the leader of the Property Law division, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your team while contributing to the success of our progressive law firm based in Springfield, Queensland.
- Profit-sharing opportunities ranging from $120,000 - $170,000
- Build a dedicated and supportive Property Law division
- Create and lead your own team within the firm's culture of growth and development
Core Duties
- Oversee all aspects of the Property Law division, ensuring compliance with legal standards and client satisfaction
- Develop strategic plans to enhance the division’s performance and expand its services
- Mentor and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge in property law
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the firm
- Participate in decision-making processes that impact the overall direction of the Property Law division
Requirements
- Australian Qualification in Law or equivalent (Bachelor of Laws, Juris Doctor)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in property law with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to build high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of legal principles and regulatory frameworks applicable to property law
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to continuous professional development
