About This Position
A growing boutique property investment and funds management group is seeking a Property & Investment Analyst to join its Adelaide head office. With a national portfolio spanning retail, industrial, and emerging land development opportunities, this role offers genuine exposure across the full investment lifecycle - acquisitions, development, asset management, fund performance, and investor engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities in various sectors such as retail, industrial, and emerging land development
- Assist in the evaluation of acquisition targets through financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment
- Support asset management activities by monitoring performance metrics and providing recommendations for optimization
- Contribute to fund performance reporting and investor engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and operations to ensure seamless project execution
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel
- Understanding of the property investment lifecycle including acquisitions, development, asset management, fund performance, and investor engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Experience in real estate or finance industry is advantageous but not mandatory
