We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Group Treasury & Working Capital Manager to lead cashflow planning, working capital management, and banking relationships across FLS Group's international network. Based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) and reporting directly to the Group CFO, this role will serve as a key strategic finance partner to the CFO on the Group's liquidity, funding, and cash discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Led cashflow planning and working capital management for FLS Group’s international network
Developed and maintained banking relationships across various financial institutions
Provided strategic insights to the CFO on liquidity, funding, and cash discipline

Qualifications

Degree in Finance or related field required
Minimum 7 years of experience in treasury management and working capital optimization
Strong understanding of financial markets and banking products
Proven track record in managing cashflow and working capital for multinational companies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, additional language proficiency is a plus
