About the Role

C12qe is seeking an Operations & Reliability Manager to join our fast-growing team dedicated to revolutionizing quantum computing. As we scale, you will be responsible for building and leading a team that ensures the reliable operation of our lab facilities, including cleanrooms, industrial fabrication tools, dilution refrigerators, gas, and cryogenic systems.

Core Duties

• Lead the development and implementation of operational procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations in our lab environment.
• Oversee the maintenance and reliability of all lab equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues that could impact the reliability of our quantum computing hardware.
• Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in a laboratory setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within a technical or scientific environment, preferably in the field of quantum computing or semiconductor fabrication.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong technical background in physics, engineering, or related fields, with a deep understanding of laboratory operations and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with cleanroom environments and cryogenic systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
