Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks for the organization.
• Review financial statements, operational processes, and controls to identify potential risks and areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address identified issues and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, preferably within a consultancy firm or similar organization.
• A degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA/CA qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key issues and propose solutions.
• Experienced in using audit software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior management and other stakeholders.
