Position Summary

The Resident Technical Officer (Building) will assist the Resident Engineer on-site in supervising and inspecting construction work to ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements. This role involves working closely with C&S QP, Resident Engineer, other Resident Technical Officers, and contractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and inspect construction work on-site to ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements.
• Work closely with C&S QP, Resident Engineer, other Resident Technical Officers, and contractors to resolve site issues.
• Ensure timely project completion by implementing and sustaining effective site supervision practices for quality and safety.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of statutory and client requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve on-site issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and contractors.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
