What You'll Do

• Direct internal audit engagements from planning through reporting, managing scope, timeline, and resource allocation
• Assess organizational risk landscapes and design audit programs that address evolving compliance and operational challenges
• Lead and mentor audit professionals, developing talent while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into targeted audit recommendations
• Present audit findings and strategic recommendations to leadership teams and audit committees
• Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices to keep client programs relevant and effective
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives

What We're Looking For

• CPA or equivalent certification (CIA, CISM, or similar professional credential preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive internal audit, risk management, or related advisory experience
• Proven track record leading audit teams and managing complex, multi-faceted engagements
• Strong grasp of internal controls, enterprise risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence at senior levels
• Strategic mindset paired with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
