About the Role
As National Assurance Director, you lead strategic initiatives across our assurance and audit services. You manage complex, high-value engagements; develop and mentor assurance professionals; and shape the direction of our audit practice. Your work serves diverse clients ranging from growth-stage firms to established enterprises, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client value.
What You'll Do
- Direct and oversee significant audit and assurance engagements, maintaining rigorous quality and technical standards
- Lead and develop high-performing assurance professionals, creating pathways for advancement and specialization
- Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities to expand assurance service offerings
- Ensure compliance with professional auditing standards and firm quality control procedures
- Contribute to business development, industry thought leadership, and practice growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- CPA certification
- Extensive experience in audit and assurance services with demonstrated success in leadership roles
- Proficiency in managing complex audits and working with diverse business structures
- Expert knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
