Mobile Therapist | Part-Time

Lenape Valley Foundation is seeking a compassionate, licensed Part-Time Mobile Therapist to deliver meaningful, in-the-moment care to young people across Doylestown, Bucks County. About the Role

As a Part-Time Mobile Therapist with our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team, you will provide trauma-informed, individualized therapy to children, teens, and young adults ages 3–21. Rather than working from a single clinical office, you will meet clients in the settings where they spend their days — their homes, schools, and surrounding communities — making support more accessible and grounded in each young person's real environment. This is an on-site, non-remote position based in Doylestown, Bucks County.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, trauma-informed therapeutic services tailored to each child or young adult's needs
• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to provide mobile mental health support
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the IBHS team
• Support youth ages 3–21 as they build coping skills, resilience, and emotional well-being
• Partner with families, caregivers, and school staff to reinforce progress across environments
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with program standards

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for improving the lives of children, teens, and young adults
• Background in behavioral health, counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
• Comfort providing therapy in community-based, in-home, and school settings
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with youth and families
• Reliable transportation for travel within the Doylestown and Bucks County area
