Property Manager (Industrial)

JLL is hiring a Property Manager for our Industrial team based in La Jolla, San Diego County. This full-time role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize industrial properties while delivering exceptional service to clients and tenants.

About the Role

As an Industrial Property Manager at JLL, you will oversee daily operations and strategic management of assigned industrial properties in the San Diego market. You'll work directly with tenants, landlords, and internal teams to ensure properties operate efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

What You'll Do

• Manage lease administration, including negotiations, renewals, and tenant communications
• Oversee property maintenance, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports
• Ensure properties meet safety, health, and building code requirements
• Handle tenant relations and resolve operational issues promptly
• Coordinate with leasing teams on market positioning and occupancy strategies
• Maintain detailed property records and documentation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing industrial or commercial properties
• Strong knowledge of property management operations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
