Role Overview

At TYTAN Technologies GmbH, we are seeking a dedicated and flexible Working Student to join our dynamic team as an HR Operations Assistant. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our Human Resources function as we scale up our operations. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a relevant degree program (Bachelor's or Master's) and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Your Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Coordination: Assist with the coordination of onboarding processes for new hires, including scheduling, documentation, system access, and ensuring everything is ready before their first day.
  • Welcome Merchandise: Prepare welcome merchandise and starter kits to ensure a positive first impression for all new joiners.
  • HRIS Maintenance: Keep our HR Information System (HRIS) accurate and up to date through regular monthly updates and handling changes as they arise throughout the month.
  • Employee Enquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for everyday employee questions, providing immediate assistance where possible and directing more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  • General HR Support: Fill in any gaps across HR operations as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed without anything falling through the cracks.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who is currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. The ideal candidate should demonstrate flexibility and reliability, with the ability to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities within the HR function.
