The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Account Management Representative to join our team at Covista in Henryton, Carroll County. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
• Analyze data and reports to provide insights and recommendations to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
