Role Overview
InforCapital is seeking a Vice President to join its Fund Portfolio Management team for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) in Asia. This role will focus on managing the Pan-Asia real estate diversified portfolio, contributing to the strategic direction and performance of MSREI's Asia Fund.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of the Pan-Asia real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with investment strategies and objectives.
- Develop and implement investment strategies for the Asia Fund, focusing on diversification and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring across various asset classes in the region.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on portfolio performance, market trends, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate investment management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale real estate portfolios and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the Asian real estate market, including regulatory environments and economic trends.
