Role Overview
This role is a pivotal position within Amazon's Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) team. As the APAC Occupancy Lead, you will oversee the strategic and tactical management of space and allocations across the corporate real estate portfolio in the region. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive occupancy planning initiatives that align with business objectives.
Core Duties
- Develop and implement regional occupancy strategies to optimize space utilization and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate managers, facility planners, and property owners, to ensure alignment on space management goals.
- Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making processes for space allocation and optimization.
